Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You can return or exchange any item purchased through our online store within 14 days. This excludes sale and personalised items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
We are not able to accept cancellations or returns on personalised items which have been made specifically for you. We are only able to offer a credit if the item is faulty.
It is important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and providing the item has not already been sent for production we can look to make the required alterations.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
